NatWest for Intermediaries and Coventry Building Society have lowered their fixed and tracker rate mortgages.  NatWest's fixes now start at 1.95%. NatWest lowered their most competitive two-year fixed rate from 2.15% to 1.95% and increased the arrangement fee to £1,495. The mortgage is available to borrowers with a 40% deposit and the maximum loan size is £1,499,999. Coventry for Intermediaries has taken the unusual step of adding a number of flexible term tracker rates to their range. For borrowers with a 35% deposit rates start at 2.35% and increase slightly to 2.55% if you have a 25% deposit. The arrangement fee is £999 and these mortgages do not have any early repayment charges.  The maximum loan size is £1 million. May 10, 2013
