Barclays has lowered the price of some of their most competitively priced fixed rate mortgages and launched their lowest ever 10-year fix. The 10-year fix is priced at 3.89% and it has a £1,499 arrangement fee - it is available to borrowers with a 30% deposit. For those able to put down a 25% deposit, Barclays has a new two-year fixed rate at 2.49% and it has a £999 arrangement fee. Both mortgages are available to maximum of £1 million and the lender will provide a free property valuation and legal service if you remortgage to them. June 7, 2013
