Woolwich launch leading mortgages available up to £1 million and £2 million
Woolwich has made a number changes to their large mortgage loans and they now offer a two-year fixed rate at 3.09% available to borrowers with a 40% deposit.
The maximum loan size is £1 million and the arrangement fee is as low as £999. If you are remortgaging from another lender, they will also pay for the property valuation and legal fees. One of their most competitive two-year fixed rates available up to £2 million is priced at 2.99% and it has a £1,999 arrangement fee.
