How long does it take to produce a mortgage offer?

Lenders typically state that it takes around ten working days to produce a mortgage offer.

Trinity Financial has access to one bank providing incredibly cheap rates and our brokers can agree applications over the phone. Providing the client meets the lender's acceptance criteria and the property is worth the amount stated on the application form, a mortgage offer can be produced in a matter of hours once the valuation report it back.

More lenders are using online systems to process mortgages and if they do not need to send a valuer to the property the offer can be extremely quick. Normally borrowers need to have a large deposit and an excellent credit score to qualify for this super-fast service.
