Buy-to-let mortgage rates have been exceptionally low for a quite some time, but as competition to top the best buy table's increases, rates are still coming down. Principality Building Society recently launched the lowest two-year tracker rate at 2.99% and it is available to investors with a 40% deposit. The arrangement fee is 2.5% of the loan amount and there is a free property valuation. Godiva Mortgages also offer a two-year fixed rate at 3.15% if you have a 35% deposit. The arrangement fee is 3% of the loan amount. Not all buy-to-let mortgage rates have percentage based arrangement fees. NatWest for Intermediaries has a two-year fixed rate at 3.49% and the setup fee is £1,999.  The lender requires a 40% deposit. August 31, 2012
