Job offer mortgages and probation period mortgages

Trinity Financial has access to a building society offering to lend to borrowers working on probation periods and those who have been in their job for one month or less. 

If you are in your first job and employed for one month or less the following proofs of income will be required:

  • Latest payslip
  • 3 months bank statements
  • Proof of deposit

If you have not received your first payslip yet, the lender will require an open ended employment contract or a letter of appointment from the employer.

Recently changed employer

If your have changed jobs and have been employed with the new company for one month or less the following proofs are required:

  • The latest payslip from your new job, only basic income can be used.
  • The last payslip from your previous employer.

If you haven’t received your first payslip yet, an open ended employment contract or letter of appointment from the employer can be used.
