Accord Mortgages launch leading buy-to-let fixed rate
Accord Mortgages has launched a leading buy-to-let 3.39% three-year fixed rate. The mortgage is the most competitively priced three-year fix and it is available to those with a 30% deposit. It has a flat £2,495 arrangement fee and is available for loans between £200,000 and £500,000. The Mortgage Works offers one of the lowest two-year fixed rates at 2.49%, but it has a 2.5% arrangement fee. You will also need a 40% deposit to access this mortgage.
