Anthony Emmerson

Staff Profile

Born in Rhodesia and educated in South Africa I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Technology. After many years working as a "Tooth Fairy" in SA and the UK I decided it was time to follow my passion for property.

I moved into the mortgage industry in 2004 and over the years have built up an in-depth knowledge of lenders and criteria in all facets of property finance. I arrange everything from standard residential lending to complex development and investment portfolio funding.

As Trinity has developed, I have built solid relationships with senior managers at many of the lenders, and they help me to get the quirkier deals over the line. 

I love helping people to achieve their dream of property ownership and enjoy the challenges of portfolio buy-to-let and development lending as well as large complex income cases.

Outside of work I am a family man with two lovely daughters who I happily let dominate my time. Golf, shooting and rugby fill any other available slots.
