Just over fourteen years ago I joined Trinity Financial. I work with banks, building societies, journalists and clients. I have been quoted in most national newspapers, been on Sky news and BBC news and have always tried to highlight issues that negatively affect mortgage borrowers.
I joined BritannicMoney after finishing university and worked in their current account mortgage department. This gave me a real insight into how banks operate and helped me develop a strong knowledge of finance and customer service.
Two years later I was asked to move to large mortgage brokers in St James's, London. I started in their compliance department and soon took over as the product manager, reporting directly to the managing director.
