The Sunday Times - Teachers are offered 100% loans to buy their property
Teachers can borrow 100% of the value of a new property under a deal introduced last week to help those struggling to save for a deposit.
Aaron Strutt of Trinity Financial, the broker, said: “The smaller lenders are clearly looking at ways to help first-time buyers while making use of family members’ money. We could see more lenders offer 100% mortgages over the coming months, but they are likely to come with a catch.”
