Coventry offer leading 2.49% three-year flexx fix
Coventry for Intermediaries is offering one of the most competitively priced three-year fixed rate mortgages at 2.49%. It is part of their flexx range and doesn't have any early repayment charges. The APR is 4.2%.
Borrowers will need to put down a 35% deposit to access this rate and it has a £999 arrangement fee. The lender provides a free property valuation and a free remortgage transfer service.
Aaron Strutt, product manager at Trinity Financial, says: “Coventry’s Flexx rate allows borrowers to make large overpayments and repay the mortgage at any time. It is unusual for a lender to offer a fixed rate mortgage without limiting overpayment to 10% per annum.”
The maximum loan is £1 million and after the three-years the mortgage reverts to the lenders standard variable rate, currently 4.74%.
