Precise lower their bridging rates by up to 0.3%

Precise Mortgages has lowered the prices of their standard and light refurbishment bridging rates by up to 0.3%. This makes many of their bridging products the most competitively priced in the market.

Some of Trinity's clients use bridging loans to complete property purchases quickly or buy through an auction. Precise's lowest rate is 0.65% per month at 40% ltv and the rate increases marginally to 0.75% per month at 50% ltv.

The lowest bridging rates are available to borrowers able to put down the most money into the property purchase. Precise's rates are much lower than some of the other bridging rates, although the 2% arrangement fee is roughly the same.
