Theo Johnson-Richards plays an important role in Trinity Financial’s case administration team, helping to key mortgage applications and support brokers in meeting strict compliance targets. His attention to detail and organised approach help ensure client cases are processed accurately and efficiently.
Before joining Trinity, Theo worked as a butcher but wanted to move into a role with stronger long-term career progression and opportunities to develop. He enjoys being part of Trinity’s busy mortgage team and supporting brokers and clients through the application process.
Outside work, Theo enjoys eating healthily, going to the gym, watching football and riding motorbikes.
