Thousands of buy-to-let landlords could struggle to remortgage to other lenders because of lending restrictions.

Aaron Strutt, of Trinity Financial, told The Telegraph that some of these landlords would be unable to switch lender and could end up paying high product-transfer fees for a switch with their current bank.
