  • Brighton's Grade II listed pier is up for sale for the first time in over 25 years. Noble Group, who have owned the attraction have not yet revealed an asking price.
  • Jackson-Stops & Staff in Wimbledon Village have achieved nearly £15 million in sales, selling 20 properties in just two months. Home buyers are paying 97.3% of the asking price and the average value of the sales is £732,000.
  • The Scottish Government has launched a mortgage indemnity scheme to help more first-time buyers get on the property ladder. It has awarded the house-building industry body for Scotland £250,000 to work with lenders and builders in order to take their new proposals forward.
