Trinity Financial has access to a private bank offering 95% loan-to-value mortgages on an interest-only basis.

There is a minimum loan size of £1 million, and applicants have access to a range of two, three, five and ten-year fixed rates. There is also two and five-year trackers, plus an offset rate.

The private bank will lend a maximum of 4.5 times salary and use the sale of the property as a repayment vehicle. Clients will need to make overpayments and ensure the mortgage is reduced to 75% loan-to-value within five-years.

Aaron Strutt, product director at Trinity Financial, says: "If you are looking for a low deposit large mortgage loan, then this private bank is offering extremely competitive terms.  The mortgage is like to appeal to bankers and other high net worth individuals.

"Most private banks will require a much larger deposit and ask borrowers to put funds in a linked saving account as part of the transaction."

The mortgage is available to UK residents and British expats purchasing a residential property in the UK.
