The maximum loan size is £1 million. In another busy week of rate changes, Skipton Building Society also introduced a fantastically low two-year fix at 2.29%. Borrowers will need a 40% deposit and the arrangement fee is £1,395. The maximum loan size is also £1 million. Aaron Strutt, a broker at Trinity Financial, says: “The lenders are certainly offering better mortgages and we have also secured access to an interest-only two-year fixed rate at 2.49%. It has a £1,999 arrangement fee and borrowers will need a 40% deposit.” February 15, 2013
