Mortgage lenders lower their rates

A host of banks and building societies have lowered their mortgage rates on the back falling borrowing costs. Both libor and swap rates have fallen over the last week and this is likely to lead to cheaper mortgages. Accord Mortgages have reduced rates by 0.2% and Halifax has made their 40% deposit mortgages 0.1% cheaper. June 22, 2012
