More of the mortgage lenders are working efficiently and providing brokers with fast mortgage offers.

Trinity Financial has access to a range of lenders producing quick mortgage offers for applicants buying new homes or remortgaging.

Aaron Strutt, product director at Trinity Financial, says: "The biggest mortgage lenders regularly produce mortgage offers more promptly for applicants with large deposits, higher credit scores and employed roles. They are also relying more heavily on online systems and desktop valuations to speed up the process."

More of the lenders publish their processing times on their websites and the figures stated in the table below show average processing times but they can change on a case by case basis.
