Coventry offering 1.99% Flexx tracker rate
Coventry for Intermediaries is offering one of the lowest term-tracker variable rate mortgages at 1.99%. It has a £999 arrangement fee and an APR of 2.1%.
The mortgage does not have any early repayment charges so it can be repaid at any time without paying a large exit fee. It also has a free property valuation.
Aaron Strutt, product manager at Trinity Financial, says: “Coventry's lifetime Flexx mortgage is not linked to the Bank of England base rate, so in theory the lender can change it at any time. Although based on their track record there is a small chance they will hike the rate unless the base rate is increased.”
