Clydesdale improve their million pound mortgage
Clydesdale Bank has lowered their two-year fixed rate mortgage by 0.1% to 2.19% for high-net clients looking for a large mortgage loan.
Clydesdale's minimum loan size for this mortgage is £1 million and the maximum is £2 million. Borrowers will need to put down a 40% deposit and the arrangement fee is £1,999.
After the fixed rate period the mortgage reverts to the lenders standard variable rate of 4.94% and the APR is 4.5%.
