Typically a brokerage fee is charged on completion of the mortgage. We do this to remain unbiased; unbiased in our choice of lenders providing a full disclosure service so you can make an informed choice. We are always happy to provide you with an initial analysis free of charge, in order to assess whether we can help you. We will tell you what any charges are, and when they are due, before you complete any paperwork.
